My love for dance is rooted in Modern, Contemporary & African Diasporic movements. I've been blessed to be performing professionally for over 25 years. Dance for me exists in multiple realms; as a spiritual practice, a social tradition & as a means to tell stories. My community knows me to be a chronic learner, I'm always digging into new styles and deepening my understanding of dance on a cultural & physical level.
